Your catering experts, Brian and Tina, come from a strong background of hosting and planning events for others.  We created B&T Catering because of the passion we have for cooking for our friends and relatives.  This passion has grown into a love of cooking for others and creating a wedding atmosphere of stress-free enjoyment. 

With our trailer, we have the ability to cook and serve fresh food at your wedding.  If you can smoke it, grill it, fry it, or bake it we can create it for you!  Since our kitchen is mobile, we have the unique ability to cook any food you desire and serve it fresh for your reception.  We can serve your food buffet style, family style or we can serve your guests at their tables.  All we need is a parking space for our trailer and we will take it from there. We feel very deeply that customer service is an important part of our business, so that when you hire us for your event, you will not be disappointed!
